Bill Lohmann
Bill Lohmann, a columnist for the Richmond Times-Dispatch, has worked for The Times-Dispatch and, before that, its sister publication The Richmond News Leader, since 1988. He previously reported for United Press International in Richmond, Orlando and Atlanta, and began his career as a sports writer for The Charlottesville Daily Progress. He is the author of five books and was the 2019 recipient of the George Mason Award for outstanding contributions to Virginia journalism, given by the Virginia Pro Chapter of the Society of Professional Journalists.
